Important Notice: Parent Code of Conduct & School Operational Guidelines (AY 2026–2027)
Imperial International School Dhaka requires all parents, guardians, and support staff to strictly comply with its 2026–2027 CIS/CAIE-aligned operational policies. Key mandates include adhering to a text-first communication policy via WhatsApp, official email, or student diaries (with teacher calls restricted to 7:00–8:00 PM upon prior scheduling), following a structured escalation chain, and remaining in the reception lounge as classroom and corridor access is strictly prohibited. Gates open at 8:00 AM for 8:15 AM classes, dismissal requires verified Parent IDs, sick children need medical clearance to return, and junk food or campus filming is prohibited. Furthermore, tuition fees must be paid by the 14th of each month (with a ৳500 late fee from the 15th), and IISD enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy where bullying, public disparagement, or any harassment of staff will result in immediate student expulsion, permanent campus bans, or legal action.
School Anniversary Celebration, 1st Quarter Report Card Day & PTM Schedule
Imperial International School Dhaka (IISD) cordially invites all respected parents, guardians, and students to join us in commemorating our School Anniversary alongside the 1st Quarter Report Card Day & Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) on Thursday, 10th September 2026. Schedule & Key Highlights: • Morning Academic Classes: Regular classes proceed as scheduled in the morning prior to 11:00 AM. • School Anniversary Celebration: Established in 2023, our anniversary program officially commences at 11:00 AM. • 1st Quarter Report Card Distribution & PTM: Consultations and report card issuance run concurrently from 11:00 AM to 1:15 PM. • Mandatory Fee Clearance: All pending school and tuition fees must be cleared prior to the meeting. In line with institutional regulations, report cards will not be issued if fee balances remain outstanding.
